Prime95 o el CPU burn-in.
Yo los pongo a la vez para k este bien a tope, ademas el prime te testea el micro o la ram de paso xD.
El prime testea durante bastante tiempo y creo que tiene opciones para que este continuo, y el cpu burn le pones las horas que tiene que estar encendido.
