Compatible Socket A motherboards:

Motherboards not listed below do not mean that they are not compatible with XP-TMC but most probably they have not been upgraded yet. If you need to ask about compatibility issues, please contact our support dept at support@upgradeware.com

We appreciate that you can tell us the new compatible board which is not listed here yet because it will help other users who have the same motherboards. Our list will not grow up without your help. Thank you.

For general upgrade problems, please refer to the FAQ for trouble shooting.

Please update BIOS before upgrading.

Your attention please. To the best of our knowledge & research that some of the latest batches of Athlon XP with new PCB from serial number Axxxxx 0333~Axxxxx 0339 might be "locked" versions although some are NOT. However, serial numbers such as Axxxxx 0340 & later versions are almost the "locked" versions. The multiplier can't be adjustedeithter through the newest motherboards or XP-TMC.

Therefore, if you wish to adjust multipliers for upgrade or overclocking purposes, please best avoid Athlon XP CPU of these particular batches
