Estoy buscando un programa que una imagenes automaticamente. El caso es que son cientos de archivos y es inviable hacerlo manualmente. Todas las imagenes casan a la perfeccion unas con otras por lo que la tarea es de unirlas unicamenete, sin necesidad de recortarlas, cambiarles el tamaño ni nada de eso.

Sabeis algun programa que haga esto?

Tienes ArcSoft Panorama Maker; Photo Sticth; y por supuesto Photoshop. Me imagino que te refieres a unir panorámicas y cosas por el estilo. Por muy automático que lo quieras, siempre tendrás que elegir lo que quieres unir, y en qué orden.
