Hola a todos.

Tengo un problema al borrar mails de outlook.

Selecciono todos, me los deja tachados y con una marca de un folio con una x roja a la izquierda, pero no desaparecen.

He probado con Eliminar y con purgar, pero….. allí siguen, no se eliminan.

¿Cómo se borran?

Gracias por la ayuda serpest.

Al final se resolvió medio solo. Fuí borrando y purgando 10- 15 mensajes cada vez y así lo fuí borrando todo. Eso si, de vez en cuando pillaba 100 mails o asi por que sino me eternizaba.

De todas formas si asi no se te resolviera el problema prueba a reparar office o desinstalar y volver a instalar.
