Tengo el photoshop,pero no lo domino, aber si me podeis ayudar.

edito: la he recortado y ya hace menos de 19Kb, la he subido bien, pero al darle a guardar cambios me dice que ha habido algun problema, error al subir archivo y que si asegurarse de haber seleccionado un archivo valido, y o esperarse a que haya subido del todo. Pero en realidad cumple todos los requisitos y se ha descargado bien.

Ahora en serio, creo que cuando Espinetenbolas dice "guardar para web" se refiere al Photoshop. Prueba a subirla a imageshack.us y a enlazarla desde ahí.

Utiliza la función, Guardar para Web y ahí puedes elegir el formato deseado y la calidad. Además antes de guardar te pone cuanto ocupara el archivo, así puedes probar con distintos formatos para ver cual hace menos pesada la imagen.

Y recuerda: El tamaño máximo de tu imagen debe ser 80 X 80 pixels o 19.5 KB.
