Buenas, un colega me ha hablado de este programa, y esta genial. Me ha parecido interesante comentaróslo, para q tengas siempre una buena coleccion de programas utiles y portables en vuestro pendrive.

De entre las aplicaciones, las hay para todos los gustos. Por ejemplo, navegadores de Internet (Firefox, Thunderbird, Skype, uTorrent, Filezilla…), reproductores y grabadores multimedia (VideoLAN, XMplay, Audacity, mp3DirectCut, DeepBurner…), herramientas gráficas (IrfanView, PhotoFiltre, The Gimp, FastStone Capture…), aplicaciones para la seguridad (CCleaner, TrueCrypt, Keepass, CyberShredder…), programas para la gestión del Sistema (SIW, DTaskManager...) o puras herramientas ofimáticas (AbiWord, Notepad++, Foxit Reader, EssentialPIM, Stickies…). Y por supuesto, juegos.

Se supone que estas 100 utilidades que llevan son para usarlas desde un pendrive, ¿ o sea que no necesitan ni requieren instalación en el windows para que funcionen ?

Lo digo porque si se instalaran toda esta cantidad de utilidades se llenaría probablemente de "basura" el windows y el registro

¿ y que hay del spyware que podrían llegar a tener algunas de estas utilidades ? ¿ o es que todas estan libres de todo spyware y son de verdad gratuitas y sin problemas ?

Y lo mismo que digo sobre esta suite, me refiero también a las otras opciones que habeis nombrado

Y otra cuestion adicional importante para mi ¿ son compatibles con windows XP 64 bits ?

¿Sabeis si exite alguna Suite en español o al menos con Firefox, Thunderbird y OpenOffice (o AbiWord) en nuestro idioma?.

De momento me ha gustado mucho http://portableapps.com/, pero al menos la que me he descargado viene en inglés totalmente.

Para mi la mejor suite para mi PenDrive es esta:

En mi pendrive tengo SLAX i estoy encantadisimo con él. He salvado los datos de varios PCs que no conseguian bootear ni en modo seguro.

Tiene grabador de CD/DVD, reproductor multimedia, openofice, mozilla, etcetc… Ademas usa KDE que a mi me gusta más que gnome.

Perdon,como esta en el CD del Hirens no pense que fuera version de pago, mas aun siendo portable pues el 90% del software portable es gratis.
