Y un poquito mas de ruido de ventilador supongo, si solo se deshabilita la desconexion de fases tira que te va que no se pierde rendimiento.

Con PWM no debería notarse, si a caso con 3 pines puede que meta 7v en vez de 5 y con un ventilador rápido sí que moleste un pelín.
A mí el C1E con OC sólo me crea inestabilidad pidiendo más voltaje. Esté activado o no, tengo más vcore en idle que en load
