Mind-blowing facts!!!

Still, the temperature is too high, especially with the voltage that my Q6600 is getting, I have it at 2.4@3.2 and in the summer it can easily go over 60°C; but 60°C is one thing and what kimizombie is indicating is a real exaggeration and it's not at all operational to have a micro at that temperature.
We just try to give solutions to the guy and tell him if those temperatures are normal, and to me they seem excessive, but the heatsink is pretty bad. That's why we recommend checking the mounts, thermal paste, fan dust, case ventilation, etc.
If you look at the link I posted earlier: Gigabyte Volar CPU Cooler Review. Page 6 - X-bit labs
You can see that the heatsink is very bad, but it reaches similar temperatures with an E6750 at 1.6V which is also an exaggeration, but he's not putting as much voltage into it.
Still, I would change the thermal paste and if after settling in it doesn't change much, then it's time to "relax" the micro a bit so it doesn't fry :nono:

if you are right amd125
the first thing kimizombie should do is remove the OC, check the temperatures with the bios "load" and with the everest or the program he prefers, compare the temperatures and anything above 35 is that it has problems, disassemble the heatsink, clean the base and micro, put a quality thermal paste, clean the fins of the heatsink and verify the state of the fan, mount everything and retest under load and full, if the temperatures are still the same then it's time to let go of the paste and change the heatsink for something powerful (it's not too much to look at what tower it has, not that it's a churro) and after all that, return to OC

well I see that it's not normal so I'll disassemble the pc and try to see what happens... any online store to get thermal paste? and well.. the case is an nzxt exactly this: NZXT :: Unique. Unprecendented. Inspired - Lexa Blackline Product Detail which I suppose will also be bad hahaha and a normal cooler leaning towards good which one do you recommend?
-
minimum this: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus - 30 euros
more recommendable this: Scythe Yasya CPU Cooler - 37 euros
and of course this is one of the best: Noctua NH-U12P SE2 - 59 euros
the paste one of these: Arctic Cooling MX-4 or Arctic Silver 5 3.5gr - 7 euros
regards

I hated those heatsinks for a long time, because for those temperatures that plastic doesn't help you at all, but I think that with a decent heatsink and a little bit of decent thermal paste you'll be fine. -
@kimizombie:
-
budget well well let's see about 50 bucks is that understand that the processor is also something old and I think I won't leave much money to perform an oc and play something better because if I spend too much I'll make another pc with a processor already new but I always love the oc. By the way thanks for answering so quickly I'm loving this community seriously and about the fans SERAS H…. lol it's a joke I'm one of those who doesn't know very well how to assemble them, I admit when the case came I'm very new but I always want to learn, and many
thanks

If you have an upgrade planned for soon and don't want to spend money foolishly now, it's worth getting a new heatsink that works for multiple sockets, most will work for you as they usually come with adapters for both AMD and Intel, and thus you can use it in your next PC.

One of my goals, even if it seems absurd to you, is a) to learn how to overclock well and get more out of it (as far as software is concerned, my computer is as clean as possible) b) to play battlefield 3 with higher graphics c) to spend little money
The thing about battlefield 3 seems like a trifle, but I do it because I look at the power of a PC by the games it can handle and I think that game is going to be quite demanding xD and well, as for the rest, I think I'm going to get a good heatsink like the ones you've put on me, but they only cost 30 euros? they're not expensive, are they? -

One of my goals, even if it seems absurd to you, is a) to learn how to overclock properly and get more out of it (as far as software is concerned, I have the cleanest computer possible) b) to play battlefield 3 with higher graphics c) to spend little
The thing about battlefield 3 seems like a trifle, but I do it because I look at the power of a PC by the games it can handle and I think that game will ask for quite a bit xD and well, regarding the other, I think I'm going to get a good heatsink like the ones you've put me on, but they only cost 30 euros? they're not expensive, are they?A: first, have an adequate team (heatsink) as Tecnho tells you, a good heatsink works for all micros (it comes with the mounts) and at least it can last you two years (unless you get AMD3 and for example in a year you switch to AMD4 (and it's different))
B: that's micro graphics disk etc
spend ….. little? it's never too little in a PC, little is not viable :nono: to spend little and play you buy a PS or similar
PD I don't know what BF3 will be like, but as a game to measure it will always be CRYSIS -
I had a pretty good time with the crysis
and he has a point because if you leave me any more suggestions for coolers up to 40 bucks I would appreciate it and tell me how my pc is doing:
Intel e8400 at 3.8 ghz (I'll remove the oc later lol)
Nvidia palit gtx460 1gb
4 gb ram DDR2 :S
Motherboard EP35-DS3P
NZXT case
Source: a corsair of 600 I think :S
Is it pretty decent?? and for overclocking how is it? -
