Respecto al tema en sí, el THERMALRIGHT HR-02 MACHO soporta socket 775, lo indica en las especificaciones en el link que te puso antes CNCBCN (que deduzco no leíste en profundidad y eso causó su consecuente enfado)

El MACHO puede ser utilizado en los chipset AM2/AM3 1366/1156/1155/775 con una placa de presión ajustable (40 ~ 70 lbs.) para los chipset Intel.
