The two most important things to ventilate a case are to create an airflow and extract hot air.
Normally a fan is placed in the front to bring cold air to the disks and the CPU cooler, and then you have to extract the hot air with extraction fans in the back, top or even on the side.
It is not necessary to calculate the air volumes, what works best according to my experience is to always have more air extraction. If the opposite happens and there is a lot of air coming in, what usually happens is that the hot air expands faster through the case and accumulates, if there is more extraction and well placed the hot air will come out faster and will promote a negative pressure and that the cold air enters through the grilles that the cases always have.

Def the negative or positive pressure (colloquially called, positive pushes more in, negative pushes more out) can help. For example, the LanCool PC-K62 has 3 fans pushing out with low restriction and one pushing in with a lot of restriction but it works well with negative pressure (flow from front to back-top), and it works even better with the high positive pressure of the Raven or Fortress with a flow from bottom to top.
CNBCN the heatsink fan won't have much impact pushing air out of the case, I think you shouldn't count it and I'll tell you more, I don't see the point of getting out the calculator to put fake data into an equation that we don't fully understand.
What I would do in your case is use a dremel on the top of the power supply to draw air from outside, put the grill you have in the window, seal the window (you can use something cool if you want) and remove the front panel.
Editing: I would also advise you to get decent fans, there's a world of difference from a Gentle Typhoon to a Revoltec and in the end, what you pay more for also lasts longer.

That's not so easy to do, I've seen it in configurations where there were 2 or 3 top ones and a Hydro behind, by air I see it as complicated. I wouldn't bother with that, if you have a heatsink near the rear and the flow facing there I think it's already good. If you have a reference design graphics card and that doesn't leave as much heat in the case as other designs better for GPU and even quieter, but that leave more hot air in the case. I don't think you need a lot of airflow in the case, although you don't have a big case in this sense, the important thing is (cooling and heat evacuation of CPU and GPU). -
and the Raven's or Fortress's high positive pressure still works better with a flow from bottom to top.
I'm sure this box would work better with negative pressure, if it works its ventilation is due to its orientation and that it has very open grilles at the top.

I'm going to tell you something curious that I found out recently about my setup. The TriCool 14 in Low is not noisy and that's why I left it. It runs at 700RPM and had much more flow than the GT when it was running slow. The thing is that the other day I started thinking about it and I checked that not only was the rear not pulling anything but air was entering towards the TriCool and the GT was stopping it when it was turning. I had to raise it to 850RPM because I have the heat sink flow facing backwards and it seemed more convenient than to function passively looking for silence at rest (turning off the heat sink and rear, the CPU temp is good) since I would have a few more degrees in the case if I don't put the front ones running that are more noticeable in terms of noise compared to their rear and upper companions.
I don't know if I should get a 14 SilentWings USC or a molex to 3-pin adapter and connect the upper one with a regulated duplicator like the rear one or directly look for a quieter case, when I got the 300 it was one of the queens of price-performance but now there are more interesting things that don't go out of price and I value silence more than before. When you're changing quieter hard more quietly you realize the noise that other components make.

Silver fans make noise starting at 1000 RPM and this increases exponentially, in my opinion, performance/silence is more worth having 2 GT 1150s than 1 of 1850. Another important aspect is harmony, if you have a noisy graphics card or power supply, it doesn't make sense to buy some SilentWings USC and put them to run slow if we want silence under load :nono: If we want silence at idle and under these conditions both the power supply and GPU (here we could intervene via software) relax RPM quite a bit, then maybe yes, it also depends on what we are looking for and how we regulate the fans. Well, I've had it for a while. And with the OCZ Vendetta 2 the micro didn't go over 70º at 4Ghz, now at 3'4Ghz with the Archon it doesn't go over 43º, I have to try to push it more but anyway if you have the components reasonably well cooled it's one of the best solutions

Ayer monté un SilentWings de 14 de extracción (superior) que es similar al GT 1150 así que ahora he vuelto a los perfiles de relax en reposo sobre 400 RPM. La verdad es que podría haber comprado un adaptador de mólex a 3 pines hembra porque el TriCool de 14 no iba mal pero el Be Quiet es mejor opción para regular ambos. Además he sellado el lateral, tenía las tapas de la 300 cambiadas pero entraba algo de aire. Calculo que he ganado un gradete y ahora el equipo es más silencioso en reposo. Lo peor el Barracuda serie 11, la verdad es que la GPU se está comportando muy bien con el fresquito, silencio en reposo y sonoridad comedida en full. Si a eso le sumamos que ahora regulo ventis también en base al PCH que sube unos gradillos si le doy caña a la gráfica, tengo motivos para estar contento con la sonoridad de ventiladores. A ver si me llegan un SSD y un F3R de 1TB, o por lo menos el SSD para quitarme el ruido del cabezal del Seagate
