I put a shuriken without a fan on it, because I made a fiber coupling between the heatsink and the power supply fan, and it kept the micro (tdp 35w) cool

It's very pretty. Congratulations on the review.
How is it in terms of cable management? Is the front fan LED? Does it have a switch like the CM 690 to turn them off? Because at least for me, it's annoying to be watching a movie in the dark, and have little lights distracting me.

Why don't you like the optical drive mount?

It's a joy to be able to fit a whole GTX570 in that little one ;D

Well as I already told you, I love it, although now with the case and the complete assembly even more xD It's amazing, and as Nemo says, a joy that you can pin huge graphics to such a small thing

pues no se que decirte …. lo disipadores de AMD STOCK siempre tiene la pegatina "fuera" meten aire ¿no? pero ese disipador de INTEL da la impresión de que esta montado al revés,por tanto saca aire.
tambien es cierto que los disipadores de intel no son lo mio y es muy probable que este equivocado pero.... si eso es asi el montaje no seria del todo correcto ¿no? el de la fuente sacaría ( y sera de 120/140 ) y el de el micro metería y sera de ¿40/80? por tanto "fuerzas enfrentadas " ¿no?

Cable management is first to have a modular power supply XD, second to put the satas and front behind the recorder, and the power ones of the power supply between the power supply and hdd and turning a little it looks good even if it seems tight between micro and power supply there is a wide aisle.

The recorder assembly is more of a hassle, you have to disassemble the whole tray and the platen is not complicated as it's just removing 6 screws but it takes a while and sometimes you need a second hand to put it right and make the platen click properly, but nothing the first time I think it can be reassembled in 10min it's done.

Well the sticker is not a normal one, look at the blades and you'll notice which direction they rotate. Having a fan in front will influence the airflow but it doesn't stop the fan from doing its job.

let's see: if we take a normal, ordinary fan, I see that, with the motor "behind", the blades rotate to the "left" and with the motor in front they rotate to the right (and blow air out) in the first case they blow air in.
in the case of that fan for it to blow air in it would have to rotate to the right and it has the motor "in front" therefore it is supposed to have the rotation system "inverted" in relation to normal fans, right?

You are right, it is usual for the air to come out of the side where the motor is seen (which usually has that sticker), but if you look at the blades, they are placed to blow towards the heatsink, it wouldn't make sense for it to blow outwards if they are placed that way.

I'm glad to see that the brand has modified the cases to mount the HDDs and riddled them with holes.
I had to remove mine. With the HDDs mounted, it completely blocked the external airflow... it made no sense, neither for cooling the drives, nor for ventilating the case. ¬¬

yeah, you're right, but... what's the first thing you see? the motor sticker;D that's why my hasty conclusion

What annoys me is the position of the socket on ITX socket 1155 motherboards, so close to the PCIe that it's difficult to put a cooler on the micro that isn't the stock one in case you put a graphics card.

By the way, good case and excellent review

Thanks Yorus, I'll let you know when I try it out if I get any cooler if it's not suitable for the second PC that's coming, I'm between shuriken and this one

anyway as I say it doesn't go above 39º, but if I put a cooler well one always wants to tinker with it and do some oc XD, I ran a superpi and it gave me about 29s looking at the lists to be cheap it's faster than the high-end AMDs in our lists.
