For these cases, the best thing to do is to provide screenshots, but let's go step by step:

1st The Coretemp shows you the temperature of each core, including maximum and minimum temperatures, and it would be good if you could share it with us.

2nd Check that the heatsink is correctly installed and heats up.

3rd Check the cooling in your case, especially if the heat dissipated from the micro comes out of the case or stays inside.

4th If your power supply is like the one in the image below, start thinking about changing it.

      Salu2!

        @Franziskaner:

        hello
what temperatures are you measuring them with?
if you have an asus motherboard try the PC probe, otherwise use core temp or aida 64, compare the temps with those from the bios and try running a couple of stress tests (CPU burn)
        regards

I measure them with Speccy, I tried several others too and it's the same. I don't care about the ones from the bios either

the power supply is exactly the one you mentioned. is it possible that it is the problem? I have checked everything, including changing the micro cooler. I will try with coretemp and share it for your opinions.

so that's what I said, look at the temps at rest and then run this on each core http://www.cpuburnin.com/ and upload some screenshots

Man, if it always gives 50º exactly on both components, at idle and under load, with many revolutions or few of the fan, with several programs … I think it's some kind of motherboard problem. Either the probes don't work or the firmware is crazy.

Have you tried updating the motherboard's BIOS?

6 months ago I did a bios update.. it may be a problem with the mobo but by changing the power supply is there a possibility of solving it?

If you have something more serious to test, you have nothing to lose, but I fear it will be difficult for me to fix it if the problem is with the motherboard.

Has this problem always occurred, in recent days, or since you upgraded the BIOS? (if you think it could be the latter, you already have your answer …)

this problem started a few months ago, when I was playing pes 2010, it didn't happen before. I am also experiencing monitor blackouts that occur when the system is not using any resources. I mean... the PC keeps working but the monitor turns off.

very easy, you download it from the link I gave you, you run it (twice, because you have two cores) you set 30 minutes and start, and it has to raise the temperatures. If it doesn't, then you either have the motherboard probes screwed up and the micro sensors screwed up and no, that's not fixable.
but in fact the problem is not serious (I have the same thing happen to me, only it marks me as over) and my solution was to disable the temperature over safety in the bios :wall:
                          regards

You have checked that the heatsink makes good contact with the processor and is properly fitted, and that the thermal paste is well distributed with a thin layer.

Has comprobado que el disipador hace bien contacto con el procesador y está bien ajustado, y con la pasta térmica bien distribuida con una fina capa.

If it is an option, logically I consult in several forums as anyone would, since I look for different opinions to be able to continue testing and verify what the real problem is. I value all the opinions a lot because everything serves me. Thanks for pointing it out ;D

Well, the bios has already been updated (to the same version that I already had, which was the most up-to-date to download), but maybe changing things would help.. here are the results that are the same. So I rule out:

                                        *Updating the bios
                                        *Cleaning and changing thermal paste
*Changing the heatsink and micro cooler
*Changing the thermal paste of the Chipset
                                        *Cooling the tower
                                        *Changing the power supply
                                        *Checking temperatures in bios
                                        *reading temperature with different software
