The issue is that I downloaded a pirated copy and it was advertised as original on the website, nowhere did it say it was pirated, it sold all versions as originals.
I mean, they sold it to me as dubbed, right?

@clipper That thing about them having nothing to do with it, well, it depends, because it's true that those keys are not illegal, but not in the face of Microsoft.

In fact, you can find W10 Pro OEMs for quite less than €15, that's right, you know that any day they can check the list and you're out.
That even so it comes out cheaper than the €140 of a "legal" license?, that already depends on each one.

If you were not aware of this and believed that what you were doing was allowed by Microsoft, unfortunately you have been deceived, both by the product and by the price.

Claim from the page where you bought it.

Claim where you bought it and they might reactivate it or give you another one.

I had one bought from a website that sells used games and software, and when I got the message they gave me another one, and when that one broke they ended up putting the money I spent towards credit in the store and I ended up buying a couple of games, but take away my fun xD

            Cheers!

Ugh, I've been without a computer and when I rescued the c2d to get by, I wanted to die with the Windows updates, the bastard spent several days updating. There was a package of over a hundred updates that took all day to install and sometimes it lost a lot of performance.

Yes, the truth is that it's amazing. With Windows 10 you create the USB drive again, install, enter a couple of updates and that's it (if you created the USB drive a while ago you will also have to eat a few updates and big ones). With Windows 7, except for some ISO created by someone outside of Microsoft, we will have up to SP1 and then install more than 200 updates. The computers with few resources die, if it's powerful with a good micro, SSD, RAM and in addition fiber optics it can be more bearable. What I have noticed lately is that I can update without installing any patches, I haven't used them for months and without problems.

Anniversary messed up a bit with the issue of some config being erased or some driver being messed up and they changed 4 little things but the 10 is a thousand times better in that sense, the updates don't get stuck and it doesn't lose performance.

Very useful, especially for those who still use Windows 7 on older computers. Problems with updates can be quite difficult to identify, so having several solutions gathered in one place can save a lot of time. Thanks for sharing the information.
