Son buenas?, que timing le tengo que poner para poder llevarlas a los mayores FSB, entre 180 y 200

Mi mother es un MSI K7n2 L
Y actualmente las memorias las tengo configuradas en:

Cas 2
En 170 Mhz, pero lo quiero llevar mal alto al FSB, que timings pongo?

Otra pregunta tengo el Multi en 12, es muy alto?
