Yo tengo la K7S5A con red activada y ademas 4 de los 5 pci utilizados, sonido sblive, capturadora,modem,red realtek y ademas una GF4ti4200 con un AMD duron de 1000@1400 ningun problema y ya tiene 1 año y 2 meses.

Como bien dice el compañero en su placa Soyo el Athlon 1.4GHz le funciona perfectamente…Así que se descarta el micro.
Y en cambio con el Duron a 1300MHz si le funciona.Yo probaría a actualizar la BIOS y ver que tal.
