Help on voltages

Hola:
Tengo el Vbat a 3.60v y me gustaria saber a cuanto es lo normal. El Vbat es el voltaje de la pila creo y tengo un programilla incordiando diciendo q esta al limite, y en la Bios tb lo he mirado, esta a 3.60v.
Tengo un Athlon 1700+, 256 Corsair PC3200, Geforce 2 MX400, disipador SLK800 con venti simplon de 8cm (he pedido uno mas potente) y de momento he puesto el multi del procesador a 1833 (166x11) y el voltaje de la memoria a 2.7 y los timings a 5-2-2-2.0, y la temperatura del CPU esta a 45º, es todo esto normal? No entiendo demasiado, necesito q me ayudeis
