subir el Vcore sirve para cuando overclockeas el micro para darle mayor estabilidad aunq eso conlleva subida de teperatura. Y bajarlo pues te servira para lo contrario, menos temperatura aunq puede q te cause estabilidad, pero mientras sea estable puedes bajarlo todo lo q quieras, aunq los fabricantes digo yo q especificaran el voltaje minimo para q funcionen correctamente para evitarse problemas de temperatura.
