Diablo II freezes on me

haber chicos, necesito ayuda, el pc con el que juego es el que veis abajo, con winMe y los ultimos Directx (9.0) suelo a jugar al cs y al diablo II pero de un tiempo a esta parte, el diablo al rato de estar jugando se queda colgado y no se porque. teneis alguna idea¿? he probado e jugar dentro de una ventana y ytodo, pero aun asi se queda colgado

Pero ¿el juego o todo el ordenador?
¿Se te queda en el mismo punto o leyendo el cd rom durante un video o cargando un nivel?
Lo unico que pienso podrías hacer es, a parte de actualizar los drivers de tu tarjeta de video, a re-instalar el juego.
Por cierto, dices que tienes los directx9 ¿son los definitivos o la version beta que corria por ahi? Lo digo porque las versiones beta son muy promiscuas a dar errores.
