Pues vaya, la versión que tengo yo del Partition Magic es antiquísima, corre en MSDOS, el xp no tiene ninguna utilidad para cambiar de sistema de archivos?

El xp tiene la utilidad convert, que se usa en línea de comandos. Lo que pasa es que sólo sirve para pasar de fat32 a ntfs y NO a la inversa. Cosas de mocosoft para que la gente use cada vez menos el fat32. Me temo que tendrás que usar el partition magic o algún otro programa.
