How to set up an FTP with SS5600 modem and Timofonica?

Estoy intentado montar un FTP con el modem/router SS5560 y ADSL de timo. Pero no hay forma, no se como hacer para redirigir los puertos ni nada, aunque si que se montar el FTP, pero no entran.
Alguien me puede ayudar.

prueba con el SERV-U que es como para niños

Segui esa guia al pie de la letra, pero no rulava bien, de todas formas luego pruebo el programa ese.
Creo que el problema lo tengo en el modem, que tengo que redirigir el puerto 21/ftp a mi ip de ordenador. pero no se como !!
