Duda with overclocking on Radeon 8500LE

Tengo una radeon 8500LE y cuando tiene la bios original (250/250) pero la subo por software a 275/275 me pasa el 3dmark2001 sin problemas pero cuando le meto una bios de 275/275 en el 3dmark me aparecen rallones y malformaciones, q puede pasar? me han dicho que aunque se pueda overclockear por software alomejor por hardware no se puede, no sabia yo eso…:p
Alguna opinion?

Yo uso el rage3D para ocear por software y graba los ajustes para el siguiente inicio de sesion, una radeon 9000pro desde 275/275 a 294/294 sin ningun tipo de problemas, la memoria es Hynix de 3,6ns.
