Lo del CAS latency creo q es el tiempo q tarda la memoria en "preparar" un paquete de datos para el procesador, tonces si la cas es muy alta, a la memoria le sobra tiempo para hacer el paquete, pero si la bajas mucho a la memoria no le da tiempo a prepararlo y el procesador recibe mierda y t da 1 error. A grandes rasgos creo q es eso, pero si me ekivoco q alguien me corrija q no soi un experto
