Pues eso que formatee y al re-instalar se me han creado dos particiones, con sistema operativo en cada disco duro..
Mi pregunta es, como puedo suprimir el menu de arranque de windows para que me cargue directamente de un disco duro??

Botón derecho en el icono Mi PC del escritorio->Propiedades->Opciones Avanzadas->Inicion y Recuperación.
Ahi tienes las opcines de ese menú.
Ademas puedes editar el boot.ini de c:\ para quitar las opcines de la lista de sistemas operativos que no te interese,pero antes busca informacion sobre este fichero en el google, no sea que estropees algo.
