me conecto por cable a internet y quiero conectar dos ordenador al mismo cablemodem mediante un swith. Al conectarlos uno me funciona autoaticamente, sin configurar nada, el otro ni me huele internet, porque puede ser? en uno tengo xp-pro y en otro xp-home(aki funciona)

para q te funcione directamente con el moden en el switch tienes q tener la modalidad de conexion "multipuesto". para poderte conectar con los 2 peces, tienes q ponerle uno al moden y otro al primer pc. hay varios metodos para solucionar esto, mira por la red, o aqui q mas de uno ha preguntado cosas por el estilo:
