pues en sdram eran muy buenas. Al menos eran estables y no rompian. Prueba a ver a cuanto se pueden poner ok?

Si sirve de algo, yo tengo un módulo so-DIMM de Kingstom para portátil (SDRAM PC133) y la serigrafía, a riesgo de quedarse ciego, puede leerse Infineon.
Lo tengo desde hace 1 mes más o menos.
