Tengo una Gigabyte 7DXR aparcada por ahi y queria pincharle el 1700 "pata negra" para aprovecharlo.
El chipset de esta placa es el AMD 761. La pregunta es: ¿podre variar el multi a mi gusto (el micro esta desbloqueado) o necesito hacer algun puente en la placa, pin-mod o algo parecido?otra cosa, el multi se cambia mediante Dip-Switchs, y lo máximo es x12,5. Puedo conseguir multi más altos usando el pin-mod?

Con el pinmod podrás seleccionar cualquier multiplicador, incluyendo los altos (>12,5). Eso sí, cada vez que quieras cambiar de multi (siempre y cuando estes en los altos) tendrás que desmontar el micro para cambiar el pin-mod.
En tu caso sería mucho más comodo hacerle la multi-mod a la placa, para así convertir los multis bajos en altos.
