ABIT IS7G and Samsung memory incompatibility

Parece que todos mis problemas con el Doom 3 son por culpa de los 2 modulos de memoria de 256 k compre Kingston, la memoria es Samsung como pongo en el titulo y si solo juego con los dos modulos viejos (tambien kingston pero con memoria infineon o algo asi) el juego no se cuelga pero con los otros 2 modulos puestos si!!
Las latencias estan por defecto y ambos modulos trabajan a 2.6V sera que mi placa no se lleva bien con Samsung????
