Lo que a partir de 5400Mhz no les es estable pare benchmarks, creen que les falla la fuente de alimentacion pues a 5400 aguanta con 1'6v y -90ºC, le meten 1'75V y -120ºC y sigue inestable a mas de esa cifra.
Tiempo de soldador dicen xD

Una Tec de 150W en el chipset y LN2 en la CPU.
