Tengo un grave problema viral…
el caso es que me decidí a formatear y tal por que tenía el pc ya lleno de mierda... reinstalé todo e internet me iba fatal... reformatee reisntalé todo... más de lo mismo... he pasado el norton infinidad de veces..., a veces me detecta virus otras veces no... le paso la herramienta del blaster del sasser de lo que sea y nada... eso si, el svchost ocupando el que más memoria... no se que haceeeeer!! ayuda por favor... -

Yo haria de la siguiente manera:
Primero me instalaria un firewall (kerio por ejemplo) para evitar problemas tipo sasser o blaster, y luego un antivirus y actualizarlo (NOD32 de residente y AVP como scaner). Luego entrar con la cuenta de Administrador y pasar el antivirus.
Tambien sería recomendable instalar las actualizaciones criticas para el Sistema operativo, que tampoco es tanto
