Little problems with the Best Buy Easy TV Pro

Hola,
Hace poco me han regalado la Easy TV Pro de Best Buy y me han surgido un par de problemillas:1- No consigo ajustar la calidad para capturar en Mpeg4 ya que aunque pone en el programa que el divx con la calidad por defecto va a ocupar 468MB/h, a la hora de la verdad es como si grabara en avi normal ya que ocupa mucho mas y no puedo cambiar ningun valor, ni el bitrate ni el tamaño ni calidad.
2- No logro sintonizar Canal+ con ningun programa.
Si a alguien le sucede lo mismo que a mi y lo ha conseguido solucionar que me diga como por que yo ya no se que hacer…
