La marca; el calor que disipan, en el P4 es mucho mayor; la frecuencia (3000 MHz en el P4 contra 1800 del A64); el precio (el A64 será más barato); el controlador de memoria (integrado en el A64, en la placa base en el caso del P4); etc.
Por cierto, los P4 5X1 y los 6X0 son de 64 bits, llevan EM64T. -
