Problem with P-III board

Tengo una placa DFI P2XBL con un P-III a 450 Mhz que al arrancar no pasa de la primera pantalla con el :

PENTIUM III CPU at 450 MhzPress DEL to ...
Se queda colgada en esa pantalla y no me deja hacer nada mas.
Tiene un modulo de memoria SDRAM de doble cara de 128 Mb.
¿Qe falla?
