Limit the inet connection on a PC in a network

Hi, os kuento mi kaso, tng 2 PCs konectados por tarjeta ethernet uno con el otro, y uno de ellos esta konectado a un router por otra tarjeta ethernet. Bien, me gustaria poder limitar la konexion de internet del PC "secundario" (el k se konecta a mi ordenador, el "principal") y keria k me indicaseis si es posible con algun metodo o algun programa. Gracias ^^

Hay un programa que hace eso precisamente, limita el trafico de cada aplicacion por separado y de todas a la vez, es el Netlimiter, lo arrancas como residente y limitado y ya esta
