No creo que se note mucho a no ser que utilices juegos que consuman mucha ram o programas de renderizado y etc….. (todo lo que consuma mucha ram)

Puedes incluso perder rendimiento ya que perderas la opcion del Dual Channel. Si los programas que usas necesitan mas de un Gb de ram te recomendaria que vendiras los 2 modulos que tiens ahora y complraras 2x1Gb. Tambien tienes la opcion de los 4 modulos si de verdad te hace falta ram

Yo no le metaria 1,5gb.. prefiero ponerlo a pares. 1gb (2x512) 2gb (2x1gb). Por el tema del dual channel como ya te han dicho.
