Definitivamente la 6800GS.
Si bien las dos son de muy similar rendimiento, la GS toma la delantera pues tiene mejor tecnologia (soporta pixel shaders 3.0), aunke la diferencia de precio personalmente me haria dudar. -

Son similares en rendimiento siempre y cuando la GS trabaje con 16 pixel pipelinies y 6 unidades de vertices, y por defecto NO es asi (son 12 y 5 respectivamente). Hay muchas posibilidades de poder activar dichas unidades sin que se produzcan errores graficos, pero depende de la grtafica.
