Hola muy buenas,
Lo que me pasa esque en el programa microsoft outlook cuando yo envio un correo a otra persona, a esa persona no le aparece el mensaje de confirmacion de lectura como que lo ha leido.
He probado a reparar office, y activo la pestaña enviar respuesta de confirmacion que esta dentro de opciones->opciones de correo electronico->opciones de seguimiento->confirmacion de lectura la activo y pongo la opcion preguntar de mas abajo.

Ni idea, pero te aconsejo que uses otro cliente de mail, por ejemplo Mozilla thunderbird ;D .
