Tengo un amigo (gas4tuning, ke aun no puede postear porke no le an admitido….), pues el activa el Cool & Quiet y el voltaje se le queda en 1.3750V el nominal y la frequencia tambien a 1800mhz, y aunque el cpu este al 1% pues el voltaje no baja ni los mhz, ha activado en la bios la opción de cool&quiet pero no va, quiere que la funcione el cool este pero no, porke en verano hace muuuuxxa calor
el ekipo es:
Amd 64 Venice 3000+ + thermalright ultra120
ASUS N6600Gt 128GDDR3
2x512 Kingston Value ram
ASUS A8N-SLI
RaptorxX 350Wa ver si le ayudais plixx

Ve a "Panel de Control -> Opciones de energía" y selecciona la opción "batería mínima" o alguna de las que te suene pueden activar el ahorro de energía.

Pues instalar los drivers de AMD y tocar esas opciones que te he dicho (a mí me funcionó así, aunque ahora no le da la gana).
