Cold boot, change the board or memos?

Hola!
Pues bueno parece que mi placa padece COLD BOOT. Esto me pasa desde que adquiri mis nuevas memos con chips UTT/CH-5.
Tengo la duda de no se si para solucionar esto bastaria con cambiar las memos o tendria que cambiar la placa.
Ahora tengo una DFI UT nF4 Ultra-D. Que otras placas suministran tanto voltaje como esta?
