En principio ddr400, pero la diferencia depende mucho de qué micro y de qué controladora de memoria estemos hablando.

de todas formas, que latencias mas raras … todas las DDR 333 que he montado eran a 2,5 -3-3-6 y las DDR 400 normales eran 3-3-3-8 ...
En mi MSI con el KT600 no había gran diferencia. DDR333 (2,5 -3-3-6 2T) era menos del 5% más lento que con DDR 400 (3-3-3-8-2T)
Si a DDR 400 consigues bajar esas latencias si notaras un poco de diferencia
