SnagIt seguro es muy bueno. tiene muchas opciones de captura de pantallas. podes extraer todo lo que se encuentra en tu pantalla en formato de texto, grabar videos (como para un tutorial), hacer las clasicas copias de pantalla pero mas perzonalizadas. y algunas otras cosas.
