Está bastante bien pero mejor cambia la fuente de alimentación, no te dejes guiar por eso 700W sino por la marca y vete a por otra tipo Tacens, OCZ, Corsair, … que tienen más calidad en sus fuentes.

OCZ Stealth 500/600W o Corsair VX550 también me parecen mejor opción.
¿Dónde vas a comprar? Te lo comento porque teniendo en pccomponentes la 4870 por menos de 160€, para un monitor hasta 22" no me metería en una 4890 que supera los 200 pavetes.
PD: Si quieres ahorrar unos pavetes en disipador, un Xigmatek te irá igual de bien.
