Hombre especifican unas latencias bastante relajdas, no sé lo que soportarán pero mientras estés en 1.9 no te preocupes ajustando timings.
BIOS puede decir misa, si estás en AUTO luego te mete buenas relajadas. De estar en ajuste manual sí que tendrías las que ves ahí. En AUTO tienes lo que te dice el CPU-Z.
