Small problem with memos and plaque.

Hola. Tengo un problemilla con unas memos nuevas (Crucial Ballistix PC8500 Cas5). Funcionan perfectamente cuando las pongo por defecto, pero me las detecta como PC6400, por lo que van a 800Mhz y las latencias las pone a 5-5-5-18, la placa es una Gigabyte 965P DS3 Rev3.3. Lo mismo me lo hace con unas Team Xtreem PC6400 4-4-4-10, me deja las latencias a 5-5-5-18 y si las cambio en la bios no arranca aunque les meta mucho vltage 2.4 o asi, cuando con mi antigua abit iban perfectas con 2V. Osea que no puedo hacer OC ni usar mis memos nuevas a 1066Mhz, por mucho voltage que suba.
¿A que puede deberse? ¿memos, placa, fuente? ¿o existe alguna opción en la bios que estoy pasando por alto?
