Advice for a server

Hola a todos, voy a montar un servidor con una configuración algo especial queria saber vuestras opiniones:

SilverStone ST50EF-Plus Short Cable 500 vatios ATX 2.03, ATX12V 2.0, EPS - 84€Donde mas dudas tengo es en la memoria y en la fuente de alimentación, que ademas de lo indicado, ha de soportar 3-4 ventiladores caja y tarjeta grafica tipo Asus EAX1550/TD.
En el servidor se va a instalar Windows 2003 Server 64bits que se va a utilizar como unidad compartida para gestionar ficheros de la empresa y un SQL Server 2005, ademas de 3 maquinas virtuales con distinto software. Quitado del SQL Server no se hace un uso intensivo del resto.
