I need help, How do I increase the voltage to my AMD processor?

hola. bueno tras que me cerraran mi anterior post por incumplir reglas. aqui pongo este con todas sus reglas. :D:D
mi problemas es el siguiente:
tengo un AMD athlon 3500+
targeta madre: MSI K9VGM.v
ddr2: 2gbs
targeta de video: ati x1300 pro 512mb.bueno. he logrado subir los mhz de mi procesador de 2.2 a 2.4 y asi llegarlo a 3800+ es estable. pero quisiera subirlo un poco mas. pero nose como subirle el voltaje a mi procesador ya que en la bios no me dice la opcion de subirlo. solo meda la opcion de subirle lo mhz en este momento esta en 220. cuando lo subo a 225 no entra al windows:nono: y he leido que es por que el voltaje es insuficiente
y nose como aumentarlo.quisiera que me dijeran hasta donde puedo subirlo sin que sea peligroso. y tambien que me recomendaran una buena targeta de video para las caracteristicas de mi pc.
