Indeed Tecnho made this review of the CM 690 II Lite which, unlike the Advance, does not include the top dock for HDD or the front adapter from 3.5" to 5.25", nor the side bracket for GPU.
For me the best option is the CM 690 II but without detracting from the PC-K62 which are very similar, the Antec seems somewhat expensive compared to the others.
The CM690 II has the advantage that you can remove the lower module of the HDDs going from six to two disks and a double lower radiator in case you want to put liquid cooling on that 2500K someday.Best regards
The 690 will surely go on sale. But I'm not sure if I should choose the lite that comes out for much less, considering that I don't need the 3.5 to 5.25 adapter...
How much does the bracket for the GPU cost?
-
Here you have a thread where the user Winter was asking the same question as you.
It seems that the bracket costs about 5€ + shipping but it is not necessary for crossfire (I don't have it and my graphics cards haven't fallen out yet :p).
The difference between the Advanced and the Lite is not disproportionate if you are going to use the additional accessories included as Winters suggests in that post.
By the way, if you choose the CM690 don't forget to order some extra fans for the top and bottom, its cooling efficiency at low RPM is very noticeable.
Best regards

Man, the truth is that for the price, it's almost better to get the lite. Because I save a lot of money and I'm not going to use the rest of the things that the advance has.
-
I would buy the 690 lite

Basically the Scout is based on the old model of the 690 but spiced up with a gamer/lan-party vibe as an excuse to get more out of an already exploited design.
The Scout has less cooling options and worse cable management… that said, they have put a really big handle on it :p.Best regards

Nemo, I'm also aiming for this case. Does the bottom fan blow air in or out?
-
normally all the fans at the bottom are set to intake and all the ones at the top are set to exhaust

The bottom fan is placed by blowing air, it stays between the power supply and the HDD module, also like the rest of the fan slots (except the sides) it has a dust filter, which is very useful if you have the case on the floor.
Best regards
Thanks for the photo. I like it better than the scout where everything is too close. I'm waiting for my case, I thought they would have it today at Alternate but nothing, until Monday
