PC configuration: 1000-1200€
-
hello everyone!
well folks, this is my ideal configuration in terms of desktop PC tower regarding quality-price in its components and focused on a mid-high range with importance regarding ventilation and without great graphic demands at par with the sound. it is for a friend of mine who has a margin of between 1000-1200€ and certain environmental conditions of high temperature. its use would be directed to multimedia and video composition, games… of everything a little (you understand me)...
it is of course in my opinion: for this it is open to new ideas and recommendations that of course I hope you will contribute. without further ado, here it goes. goodbye and thanks in advance!- Processor: AMD phenom II x6 1090t
- Motherboard: GIGABYTE 990fxa UD5 (kon views to the new AMD FX processors)
- Power Supply: CORSAIR AX850w 80plus gold
- HDD: WESTERN DIGITAL caviar 1Tb 7200rpm SATA3 64Mb black
- Memory: 2x4Gb G.SKILL DDR3 1600 CL9 (no more is currently taken advantage of from 4, but in view of the future and to take advantage of the dual channel: x2)
- Case: SILVERSTONE ft02b-w (something kizas excessive but it is a component of great importance)
- Fan: NOCTUA nhd14
- Multireader (the one that is)
- Reader/Writer: LG DVD gh22ns50 SATA
- Graphics: GIGABYTE Radeon 1Gb GDDR3 hd6850
what do you think???

Well he would do better with an Intel I2500K even if he gets one with an I2600K
-
Something like this would be fine I think better than that amd right now, and you can change the case if you like the sylverstone.http://www.levelpc.es/gamer/1466-level-pc-i5-2500k-gamer-extreme.html

I agree with the colleagues, an i5 2500K will suit him better than the AMD, and that gamer equipment already assembled that Tecnho has put is not bad at all.
You can always choose the components in a configuration by pieces, starting by changing the plate and the micro and already adding what you prefer, in any store you can, for example in pccomponentes.

What pro intel are we becoming, no?... for gaming yes, but for working with video AMD is better than the i5 as it has 6 cores.
-
my preference is AMD because, in addition to being better for what we want to focus on, it gives us more room to increase (and improve, of course) other components, and also we are coming up with the idea of migrating to AMD FX which are already on the verge... so if you could advise me more towards the rest of the components I would appreciate it very much: and regarding this... what do you think about the inclusion of a master SSD for OS and programs OCZ solid3 sata 2.5" 120Gb??? would it gain in speed??? I have made a calculation regarding the store you advised me (pccomponentes) and it would come out to about 1214.75napos, which would not be far from my budget limit...
-
Well, indeed, with an SSD I would gain a lot, a lot of speed. Considering that the access times of an SSD are practically zero, installing one for the system and programs would be a very good option if the budget allows it. I would include it without hesitation.
Greetings

I agree with what sylver has said
