well that's it, as I have changed my internet provider for a flat rate and I pay the revolutionary taxes of the SGAE on the CDs I buy for backup copies, on the printer and on the mobile etc... and I find myself in a very lazy plan :D:D (I don't feel like connecting the turntable to the amp and to the PC to make me the backup copies of about 200 LPs plus the hoard of tapes) I thought about the option of using the cloud to exercise my right to private copying without non-profit purposes which programs or addresses do you recommend me, I am trying Ares but without much success:nono: I edit with more success than my conscience can bear :nono::nono:

question (I suppose it's very silly :nono:) I suppose "ARES" works by generating a code (or (address, mine) ) indicating the files I have to share therefore I will limit the connection while I'm playing ¿no? so I can download from my hard drive the files I have ¿no? can this be corrected ¿?

I assumed someone would respond like this I DON'T PIRATE, I download content that I already have and have paid for (I have them on VINYL, that thing that some people don't remember what they are, and honestly, transferring a certain amount of vinyl to PC is ….. :eoh: ) as I said in some post, I personally if I want something, I buy it ORIGINAL (games and music) I leave my friend bill aside (that would be another post much more interesting than this) but I'm not very clear that my opinions would be very well received by
certain " SECTORS "

for a music download to be illegal, two conditions must be met: that you store it for more than 24 hours and that you do not have an original licensed copy. According to what he has said, he has original copies, so this "warez" has nothing to do with it. In Spain, there is something called the right to private copying (intellectual property law, Law 23/2006, article framed in Chapter II of Title III of Book I on "the limits to copyright").

thanks, I already knew that I'm not much of a pirate
but as you say, I have the right to my private copy, no matter how much the record company idiots insist on having to put the original CDs in the car's CD player :nono:
P.D I wonder what it costs these individuals to put up a download page, entering the corresponding barcode or whatever they need, so that they don't have to skirt the edge of illegality or spend who knows how many hours/days/weeks copying my vinyl records. But as always, money is money, and these prefer to charge two, three, or fifty times for the same thing (but without adding a dime to the pot)
