What I have said, exclusively, is that for those who want to upgrade to play BF3 for price/performance it would be worth it to buy ATI (6870 -160€, 6950 - 200€) or nVidia (560 - 160€, 560TI -200€), although as you can see the ATI are just superior. And I don't object to buying a 6850 for 160€…

vale mea culpa. I put the wrong post number nº 174, I continue with the mea culpa I did not notice that the prices are in dollars ( which is cheaper ) if I have a gtx 280 that gives ( always according to that table ) 1961 points and I think about updating the graphics ( not just for the batellfied, there are more games and more programs ) the hd 6850 gives 2844 points 883 more than mine and would cost at the exchange 119.46 ( reasonable ) certainly a 560 ti gives 2972 1011 points more than gtx and costs 164.27 ( which is also pretty good ) but it all depends on the money each one has because otherwise a 6950 gives 3250 but I think it's wrong if I look at the batel table

Yep, I think I'll go down the middle road and get the 560 OC (the cooler appeals to me more than in other models, it seems more effective and quieter)
I've also checked signatures in other forums and it seems there is confirmation that my power supply will be able to power it without problems.

Do you use Rivatuner in W7?? I've tried using the Hardware_Perfomance from the Nvidia package and it doesn't seem to be able to regulate the fans…

I believe that everyone (the network) uses or can use this forum to search for information and if I GIVE WRONG DATA it is only right that they correct it or disagree with my opinions because otherwise someone may always consider that my opinions (only corrected in private) are valid
anyway I am very happy that in this forum there is always capable people (and with enough knowledge) to tell the truth and have the kindness to do it in private but.... I believe that for the good of all it is not necessary.

I also think that within the 560 TI is the one with the best cooling option and you won't have a problem with the power supply, if it suits you my power supply supports 3 disks and the croosfire without any problems.

CNCBCN, both you and Bm4n have done the right thing in this situation. Bm4n very prudently alerted you in private about your mistake and you have corrected it publicly.
You have reminded me why I love this forum, because here respect for the member is imposed and it is demonstrated that you can talk about anything politely even if you don't always agree with your partner's opinion.
In other forums this would have resulted in a bloody and absurd dispute that contributes nothing.

Well, apart from the disputes, which I like to watch because they entertain me for a while, who else has tried the BETA and how is it with their respective equipment? I know there's someone out there with an 580 and I'd like to see their results with everything maxed out.

@XRAYBoY the performance of the 560Ti is between the 6870 and the 6950, the OC almost like the 6950, I am happy with the Giga 560TI OC good heatsink and 900/4000 in speed vs the 800/5000 of a 6950 (I think I remember) it's not bad, especially I wanted to test physx. Any of the two would be a good buy. And in consumption they are 170-190W according to the OC, I with a 700W could mount an SLI.

Well I recorded a little while playing pro if anyone wants to see it live, but I need a better camera because it doesn't look like I thought it would, and the canstudio doesn't work with this, but well.

I recorded another one at the caspian one that I was able to sneak into before they took it down, to see for another time if I find something better to record it but well we'll have the game soon.

In the end I have reserved a 560 OC (note, not Ti) since it is already somewhat superior to the 460 OC of cobito and for my penosilla resolution I think it will be worth it (according to EA as well).

Haha Xrayboy, the laser thing bugs me so it has to be seen, we have to do tests like that, but that gun is great I've been testing it for days and playing matches inside the subway to get used to enclosed spaces, it's awesome if you go down on your hands and knees they can hardly see you and with the laser you can aim right at their noses.

Well, with the GTX 560 OC installed, I can play at Ultra (lowering shadows and antialiasing to high) at forty-something FPS.:happygirl
By default, it sets itself to High, which is probably more appropriate, but it doesn't really affect me much for playing and I enjoy seeing the scenery.
Excellent service in that store…with personalized attention. I'll recommend it in other forums.

Getting back to the topic, I don't understand half of it...there are dozens of gadgets that you unlock and I don't know what they're for.
If anyone knows a guide to gadgets, please share it.

With my 8800gt configuration, do you think it's possible to play more or less? If I have to change graphics, I'll kill myself, things are bad and I think I'll have to wait a good time until I can collect money.

Caparso, we have almost the same config.
The 8800GT can run it with everything at minimum. I think you'll be more limited by the 2Gb of ram than by the graphics.
Putting both things together, it's to be expected that you'll get scratches with drops in FPS, since you're right on the edge with ram in CPU and GPU and it will make you swap with the HD.
