New graphics card

Hello, I'm new here and I would like you to advise me on which graphics card to buy.

I have a Q9550 and now the graphics card is a 9800 gtx+, the poor thing has failed and I'm in doubt between these three graphics cards.

The GTX and the 6950 perform almost the same (a little more the 6950), I see the Toxic as expensive (I don't know why), on Nvidia you have CUDA and PhysX, and on ATI a game, Dirt3 (note that they say you have to send a code and wait many days, so don't tip the balance for the game), personally I would choose the GTX.

Thanks for responding, to be honest, I don't really care about the game, the only thing that makes me doubt is that the ati has 2G of memory and the one 1G, I don't know if I will make the most of those 2G?
